Always prompt and on time...with a smile and very professional. Ask detailed questions, which I like. Ask me how is everything with the pest control since I last saw him. I love that it is the same person. Jim is very nice.

I had no trouble scheduling an appt. The technician was knowledgeable, polite, and punctual. He answered the many questions I asked him. Hopefully my problem is solved, but he will return if it isn't. I found out about this company through a friend and found another friend who also was pleased with the service and the technician.
