Marc always comes to the door to let me know he is here and always asks if there is anything specific I am concerned about. Friendly, nice and always willing to help me solve issues. I had a bee infestation one time that required climbing on the roof of my breezeway, but they did it! Very good company.
Nice to see Chris back for this appointment. He's friendly, thorough, happy to check on anything we ask of him (ie. hard to reach parts of the attic). & certain to remind us to call if any concerns. Told him we hope he continues to service our town.
