I stop by entertainmart today to hopefully buy a Nintendo switch. I saw that they had a few behind the counter and asked the lady if I could buy one and Breathe of the Wild. She informed me that I couldn't buy it unless I bought another game or a controller with it. I asked her why and she told me that corporate wouldn't allow them to sell the console and just one game. Rude and wouldn't exchange a gift. Never again will we purchase there.
Fucking ridiculously long wait for a factory reset on a laptop i was selling even though i factory reseted it right before I came in. 6 hour wait. And what do i get? A check that i cant even cash in because its 9:00pm. We came in at 3. I used to like this place but this was unacceptable.
Love this place but a little pricey! Games are expensive for used games.
But I noticed national Lampoon's Christmas vacation and you are over priced on that movie i have seen it elsewhere for less than 19 dollars way way less , grant it's a classic and good movie for the holidays but it's over priced.
We love this store and they have awesome staff working there very friendly and great deals
Last stop for the DVD/VHS combo of my movie I wanted & it was at the very front & new! Love their selection & quality!
These guys are ALWAYS super friendly, and I can find everything I need. For example, I come in at least once a week for a new cartoon, and this really nice guy (I'm sorry! I didn't catch your name!) waited in hold for like, twenty minutes to get me a movie I hadn't been able to find! Above and beyond as always!^-^
