They have extremely rude service and. I do not recommend you trust this company at all. there are much better and honest companies to do business with or just order online. Also find it unprofessional to comment on all the bad reviews to try and harass people into removing the bad reviews. Yes its very obvious when its the same account and going after all the bad reviews. another example of dishonesty from your company

So it's TRUE they will take cheap used stuff and jack up the price. I simply said to chashier (Sam) I noticed a game that was previously less than $3 priced at $10. How do you guys figure the worth of them. She got really mean held it up and said do you want it or not I can put it back. I said well my daughter still wants it I was just asking because it's a huge price difference. Stop gouging on prices, don't mark things up the way you do Funko Chases. They are 1/6 especially when offered in PX Previews. You're taking a $15 item and jacking up prices when a Chase is to be found in the wild by a customer, not a greedy employee who is opening the boxes and marking up prices.

admittedly, it's been a few months since I've been to Entertainmart (I intend to rectify it tomorrow), but I always noticed (and I'm sure I will be sufficiently rewarded for my faith) that they have FAITHFULLY keep older systems/games/accessories in stock as much as they could. if ANYBODY (locally) has that obscure game peripheral, I would GO TO Entertainmart FIRST

Used to like this store but,their customer service has gone downhill drastically. Ordered 2 videos from them waited 2wks. When they called they wanted to know when I would get there to pick them up. I let them know it would depend on how soon I got off work as I live 1 hr. away. Bluntly said they would only hold 2 days. When I made it up there they couldn't find my acct. So spent time looking it up on my phone, only to be told wrong kind of acct. I had also been told before that they wouldn't take some of my dvds because the... read more

Went in to buy some stuff and their computers crashed and basically told me that they can’t help me. For a store that sells computers and technology they sure can’t seem to run their own computers. What a disappointment, I was really looking forward to buying my items.
