I go here like everyday! Best place ever and idk what I’d do without this store.
They always seem to have a lot of people working, yet it takes forever to get waited on. They buy your DVDs CDs & Games for a dollar or less only to put it on the shelf to sell it from anywhere between 8.99 or higher. Don't take your stuff there! Try craigslist or another way. For example, I took in Metallica's new CD Hardwired to Self destruct 2 cd set. They offered me 1.25 cents, I looked on the shelf and it was going for 16.99 needless to say I passed. Bad Experience.
They have an AMAZING collection of everything but be careful when buying the used CDs. The other day I bought seven of them and two of them had the wrong discs in it. The discs were from the right band but were the wrong album. I had no problem exchanging them for the correct ones. Just be cautious when buying used products!!
We were just in there Sunday buying Skylanders swap force for my son. We were very pleased with the selection and pricing of the figures. However after we checked out my receipt said buy 2 get 1 free. Which I didn't notice until we were home over a hour away. Otherwise I would have came back in. We bought 4 in total. If we would have been told when checking out. We would have liked to picked out a 5th one for the 2nd buy 2 get 1. Would be nice if the employees would notify us of sales such as this one. Every disc I purchased here was messed up and unreadable! My kids can't play any of the games so we went back and exchanged them and this disc doesn't work either! All of our other games work fine so its not our system. What fucking rip off. We can't even get our money back. Store exchange only. I don't want anymore of their crap and would rather spend my money somewhere where I can actually get discs that work but they leave me no choice. Going back again tomorrow for another damn exchange and I better get a disc that works... read more
What a fantastic place. Movies as far as the eye can see, video games, music, toys. They got all the bases covered. I do, however, wish them luck on selling the 200+ copies of "Hocus Pocus" that were strategically placed everywhere you'd turn.
Just to let you know you all better hire yourself an attorney, cause as of last Friday I wrote to our attorney general and the better business bureau of Missouri also hand written a letter and filed a complaint with the city on how you're employees are falsely accusing people of theft even after presenting the correct receipts, not to mention low balling on prices and offering low amounts less than the products worth, I am going to be letting the public know on Twitter news stations local and nationally, online, even on came... read more
