I have never rented from here BECAUSE I cannot get through when I call!!!! Very disappointing. I have been calling since Friday and cannot get through. I have tried at all times of the day and night. Not good customer service!!!

Made a reservation on Wednesday, August 1, 2018. A confirmation was sent to my email immediately. Called Cornwallis location in Greensboro NC this morning at 8:30am, Saturday, August 4, 2018 and representative, Danielle stated “ We called you to tell you that we do not have any cargo vans available.” She stated that I did not have a voicemail. I have an active voicemail and email-absolutely no message. Important plans just fell when doing business with incompetent people .

Upon entering this location, I was immediately acknowledged and assisted. The staff was professional, yet very personable, asking about my day and how they could assist me. Even more, they had a smile on their face, as well as in their voice. Although I had a reservation, they confirmed the details of the rental and asked if there was anything further I needed. If I could give this place a zero star rating, I would!!! My wife had the most unpleasant experience there. The staff was not corteous nor welcoming. The message on the wall's poster says : "We treat you as a family". SUCH A LIE. This place's manager refused to rent my wife a car. Other employees were rude as well. People who work there should be ashamed of themselves. I reserved a vehicle and when I got there they said they have none in stock I feel like they could have called and told me something worst service ever will not return

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would! Horrible experiences here twice, I have called five times to have the problem fixed - no one has returned a single call! Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Customer service at this place the last few months has really gotten horrible. Looks like there is a new crew here now. Not customer friendly at all. Takes a really long time to pick up your vehicle and to return. Corporate office really need to train this crew. One if the worst enterprise office I have ever rented from. The previous crew members were very courteous and service was fast and they apologized when they had you wait. Not this crew. I rented a car from enterprise because mine was getting repairs done. Unfortunately it hailed while the car was in my possession but the rental was under the carport and none of our other cars were damaged. So how is it that the rental was damaged but the other cars wasn't. Also the damage that they said happen while I had the car was so small that you couldn't see it by just looking at the car you would have to bend down, look sideways etc. but they said it happen while I had the car and it was under my carport...really.
