I was very disappointed from my experience with this local Enterprise car rental location (*************, ****). First, it took about ***** minutes to be picked up and to receive the car. I was expecting **** minutes. They already had all of my information, so why did it take so long? Poor service. Then the car we were given reeked of cigarette smoke when we received it, so I reported it that day and was told to return it to exchange for another car. I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise. Somehow the psychics on their staff had again located an office where it would be convenient for me. Customer service by TK was both very pleasant and highly efficient. The provision for after hours return of the vehicle was easy to accomplish.

I reserved a PREMIUM SUV 8 PASSENGER through *******. I got a call 5 days before my travel date to confirm. When I called to confirm, he started to say he may not have what I reserved and would try to get me in "Maybe" a 7 passenger minivan. I kept telling him nope..not what I need. There's 8 going, I need an 8 passenger whatever you got. And he kept saying "like I said" ****And also ******** policy on payment options DO NOT match what enterprise claims. Got a bill for tolls for the last time (and I do mean LAST TIME) we rented a car from Enterprise.According to it, we drove from ********, ** (4:24pm CST on 06/30/2023 is the time of the pickup) to Niahra Falls, ** in under 1 hour (6:07pm EST on 06/30/2023 is the time of the first toll charge).Enterprise's online CS said its not their problem and I have to deal with HTA (can't help but notice the Enterprise logo first and foremost on the email and receipt though ?? ).When I called the number on the receipt to find out WTF, th... read more

I rented an Infinity from Enterprise in April of 2023 in *******. The vehicle has a panoramic sunroof (which I also have in my Lin**ln). It was a warm Spring day, so my 7 year old grandson asked that I open the sunroof. The car had been sitting in the drive way for a few hours in the sun, so I thought it would was a great idea. Before pulling out of the drive way I opened the roof. Upon doing so, a portion of the upper windshield made a huge explosion and shattered, so I immediately closed it again. I have rented a vehicle on debit card online on return ticket, and received the confirmation number. But when i went to thwir ****** branch in ********** they said we are not renting on Debit card. No coordination between their agents and reservation team unprofessional people.

Left me stranded for 16 hours trying to get a replacement vehicle because theirs threw a check engine light. Ruined 2 days of my vacation. Will never use them again

I had an accident on Saturday, July 8th, 2023. My insurance set me up with enterprise car rental and I have been ping ponged between two locations that I feel that don't want to honor my reservation. The location that is near my house, the branch manager, ***********************, just literally didn't even try to help me at all. I honestly hate writing a bad review, but I feel I am not being heard. I have asked to speak with the regional manager, I have placed an incident report with the tollfree number, and still no response!! I rented a vehicle after no fault of my own, someone hit my car.
