Had a rental reservation at the ****************, *******, ** location, which was confirmed 3 times today to ensure pickup time of 4pm at the body shop. Not only did they not pick me up but they did not even bother answering the phone. The body shop manager and I called received the everyone is busy message until it disconnected us.So much for putting the customer 1st. Most definitely reporting this to my insurance company

They did an unauthorized charge on my card. I was sent to them by state farm through an insurance claim. My car was hit by one of state farm customers. I paid the deposit for the rental. However, when it was time to pick my actual car up from the shop, the shop called me and said it was delayed. So I had to keep the rental additional days until my car was ready. The worst experience I ever had was renting from **** manager of the ********* ** location. We had a car reserved for over a week. Called the day before picking it up and was told it was all good. The day we were getting it 2 hrs before our pickup she calls RUDE as can be telling us we are not getting a car they dont have any. She REFUSED to help was so disgusting on a recorded line. On September 1, 2023 I went to the enterprise location at ******************************** to use the free rental that the manager Deardis had given me when he was at another location, but told me I had to use it at his current location. Before I tried to use it on the 1st I ran into him as I was returning another vehicle and asked him was the 1 free day still good and he said yes and nothing else. Can I give neg stars. Trying to charge me for something I paid for 10 years ago and put me on a do not rent list because of their own s**** up that they won't fix unless I can show proof of payment from 10 YEARS AGO!!
I just want to give a shout out to ******* and **** at the Main Street downtown branch for their unmatched customer service!
This company is scamming people out of money by telling them their insurance will pay for rental but they have to pay the taxes on the rental. They are then giving the customer a more expensive car than their insurance will pay for and charging them for the upgrade. They sent me paperwork for one price then sent my insurance another price. Never did they ask me if I wanted an upgrade. Two of our cars had hail damage, so our insurance adjuster set up appointments with Enterprise to pick us up at 9:15am today and reserved 2 rental cars for us. When we dropped our cars off at the body shop, Enterprise was not there so I called them. They said that they have our reservations but don't have any cars to give us. Incredible. We carry rental car coverage on our insurance and now we can't even get a rental car because Enterprise took 2 reservations for cars they did not have.
