We had rental due to a car wreck. Once the insurance ran out after a month, my wife spoke to a u to ping girl at this location about our rental. The girl asked if we wanted the insurance and my wife said no. The girl said "we'll it will be on there a couple of days and you can call us if you want to keep it on there". When we turned the car in a several weeks later the full insurance charge was on there for over $1200. I booked a reservation with Enterprise (*******, **) on ************************** Rd. on October 11, 2021 for November 22. 2021. I was very hesitant about doing so because of previous negative experiences when I made reservations with them and it didn't go over well but I did it in hopes that I wouldn't have any unexpected surprises from them. Be very careful renting a car from Enterprise location on ***************, ********, **. I rented a truck for two days, the vehicle I was given had over ****** miles, several dings and scratches, very worn stained interior, all noted at time if pick - up. I had trouble with touch screen, and the sencond day the touch screen started to show cracks when I attempted to use the menu screen. I called the location to inform them. Enterprise location @ ****************************************************************** (HEB Grocery Store parking lot)I had to rent a vehicle for about a week while my truck was in the body shop. During the initial paperwork, I declined ALL Enterprise's insurance coverages since my insurance covers rental vehicles. Tried to rent a car from them but couldn't because they don't accept debit cards. That's fine, but when I was trying to figure out if there was any other option they continued to just shut me down and say there was nothing I could do. No one said "Sorry for the inconvenience" or "We apologize that you came all the way out here to leave empty-handed" or anything like that. In fact, they were pretty snobby about it. Horrible customer service! I dropped off a rental to rent another vehicle. Instead of running my card again, and calling customer service or another rental location Branch Manager Taija Miller called the police. Three police arrived from Metroplitan Washington Authotrity. Taija Miller abandoned the desk leaving customers no alternative but to greeted by three police officers. I was charged $437 which included a deposit for a rental. No rental was given. I recently (Oct 15th) attempted to rent a 15 passenger van from Enterprise *** Rentals on **************** in *******, **. The associated rental van confirmation was received by e-mail on October 11th. A follow-up phone call rental van confirmation was received from ******* on October 14th, at 5:00 pm. Enterprise team at the ******** location do not follow the rules and have one objective....extract as much money from a customer as possible. Under the provisions of an auto accident rental, agents "upcharged" daily rate because vehicle class reserved was not available; charged more for the rental deposit than provided for in the auto insurance/Enterprise agreement (10X higher) and refused to make location manager and regional manager available for a telephone call for resolution. The men in the ********* store on highway 54 are very rude!!! They only want your credit card and they will take money out of your debit card without your knowledge!!!!! They say that is their right!!! Bul***t!!! They dont give out very nice vehicles they dont even tell you anything about the vehicles!!! They just say it better have the same gas as it does when you bring it back!!!! Will NEVER EVEVR use that store again!!!! Would rather ride a bike than use them again stay away from hey 54 in ********* **!!!
