The office in ************ does not Honour reservations. I have been renting monthly to help my sick father get his errands run and get to his appointments. This month they all of a sudden, no longer provided pick ** in the 5 km radius as they had always previously done. When I complained, they told me they would arrive to get me at 12 instead of 10:00 AM. They just never came. I waited all day. Made a reservation, they called that morning to tell me they were having trouble getting my car ready. I called back to see if they had fixed the problem, they closed up and left without even letting me know! Ruined my vacation since we were leaving at 8:30 the next morning, Sunday. This was in ******, **. They literally closed up and left like cowards!

NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE ***** AT LOCATION *************************************************************. IF YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY TELL YOU TO CALL ANOTHER LOCATION IF NO ONE ANSWERS THE FIRST LOCATION. I WAS ASSIGNED WITH ENTERPIRSE BY AN INSURANCE COMPANY AFTER BEING INVLOVED IN AN AUTO ACCIDENT. I WAS PROVIDED A HUGE MONSTER TRUCK WHEN I AN A 5'4" SMALL LADY. i WAS TOLD TO CALL BACK THE NEXT DAY ADTER 11AM WHEN A COMPACT CAR WAS GOING TO BE TURNED IN. WATCH OUT! They rush through the rental at pick up. They don't disclose that there is a daily charge for additional driver. They have you sign and initial contract without telling or confirming what you are signing. I returned the car and was advised the bill would be sent via email. Don't fall for that when I read the receipt they had $105.00 extra charge on the bill. We returned a rental from Enterprise per the exact instructions both on the rental agreement and from the attendant: Leave the key fob in the cup holder. We did. Grabbed our luggage and walked into the airport. A few weeks later a charge for $560 appears on our business Amex from Enterprise. After speaking with them, we learn that they are charging the company for "not returning the key fob." We politely explained that in fact we had, but to no avail. If I could give Enterprise a negative 5 stars, I would.No one is home at Enterprise. Because my own vehicle was totaled, I got an Enterprise Rental through ********************* Within 10 days, I was able to purchase a new car. Although the rental car was picked up at Enterprise's *********, ** location, I tried calling Enterprise ********* to determine if it was okay to return the rental to an Enterprise venue inside ********************************, **.
