The vehicle I rented was fairly new. It was clean inside and outside.

I rented a mini van online and when I got there they did not have one due to people extending their rentals. Hanna went above and beyond to offer alternative. She even offered to drive 1 hr. away yto get me a SUV. Luckily, someone returned a mini van tearly and she contacted me immediately to be sure I got the vehicle. The emplyess at that location were helpful and eage to please their customers.
