Beware! I received by mail a claim of a damage I didn't do. Mr. Zach Midulla at the Richmond Airport rented to my wife and me a damaged Nissan Rogue 2017 on January 31, 2018. We trusted Mr. Midulla, because he said that the damage was reported on the system already; but them I received by mail a claim from Enterprise.
I always rent my car from Enterprise and I never have a problem. Sunday I picked up my car at 8:15 pm and drove out of the garage and the windows were filthy and I couldn’t get them clean enough to see clearly. A little frustrating. Otherwise customer service was amazing as always.
I flew into RVA to deal with some unforeseen car issues about an hour south in Emporia. I reserved the rental online and the check-in process was very seamless. Upon arriving at the car garage, they instantly upgraded me and said “Merry Christmas” I intended the rental only being for one day however, as the day proceeded I realized I needed to extend through the Christmas holiday an additional three days. We always use Enterprise, and they're always there for us. Our experience last week in Richmond, VA, was typical: short line (one person) at the terminal at check-in, someone to greet us with no wait in the garage, picked out a car, thorough orientation, and off we went. Except for noisy windshield wipers, the car was perfect for our needs. Quick and hassle-free from reservations to pickup to turn on. Just like it oughta be. Go Enterprise!
For the most part all the employee I dealt with to resolve my problem were professional. I mentioned to one of the supervisors that when I had to exchange the vehicle(because the tags on the vehicle I rented had expired tags) the person I spoke to told me "I should find a Enterprise " to exchange the vehicle. I had to tell her that was her responsibility to find me an Enterprise. At that point she put her supervisor on the phone who coordinated the exchange.
I visited Richmond VA recently for my grandmother's funeral. On very short notice, I was able to get a reservation and car with no trouble at all at the airport. When I opened the car door, I could smell cigarette smoke. When I inquired about a replacement, I was given a free upgrade. When I needed to prolong my stay, it only took one phone call. Returning the car was a breeze. I will definitely use them again!
Had an excellent experience with Enterprise at the Richmond Airport. Employees were very nice both when I picked up and dropped off. Car was clean and ran well. Will ONLY rent from Enterprise from now on.
