Their customer service has really went down hill.
No your Renter hit me. Your Damage Recovery unit decided in his favor because he refused to answer the phone or emails. Golly I wonder why he didnt want to respond...could be because he didn't want to have to pay? I mean he committed a hit and run....but he must be an upstanding citizen. As your recovery agent told us we cant ASSUME he was driving. Could have been anyone. What a joke. He rented the van. Said van hit my truck. RecommendedGreat Enterprise group at the Bentonville Air Port location ask for a small car to use for 4 days for the stay in Fayetville for Moms weekend at Uof A. Did not know I was asking Mgr of this location .He ask me what kind of vehicle I drove in Texas stated a Truck he then stated he coul not put me in a small car To my suprise he put me in a First Class Ford Crew Cab truck same price as Small car Great experience and Great Service. Thank You
In the past all my rentals have been above what I expected. However this last rental the wiper blades where bad. We had rain for a few days in Virginia and it was hard to see out the windshield. Also we had to listen to a squeak the whole week we had it. The Enterprise employees where great dealing with.
