RecommendedEnterprise was fast and the customer service was A1! I will be back as in the past!
I reserved a 15 passenger van 4 months prior to my arrival at their Facility and I was told when we arrived they do not provide 15 passenger vans at that location. I had no other choice but to rent 2 SUV in place of the van. Our cost almost doubled on gas cost and we were forced to be seperated while traveling for the 7 days we were there.
The service and the choice of vehicles are above board. However, they made a huge mistake in how they handled my credit card. I was charged twice and I am not satisfied with their response. Other than that, everything was fine.

Enterprise has the best customer service of all the companies I've done business with. I travel more often than I'd like but I know my rental car is the least of my worries, with the exception of one negative experience with the Oxford Alabama location. From booking my reservation online to returning the vehicle, Enterprise makes my worries much less.
From start to retuning the upgraded rental car to Norfolk VA airport my Enterprise experience was outstanding. I flew in to Richmond and rented a car one way for one day. The whole process including driving out in the car was 15-20 minutes. I would recommend Enterprise to anyone desiring exceptional customer service experience.
