I rented a vehicle for two weeks from Enterprise to tour some of the National Parks in Utah and Wyoming. The check-in process was a breeze and only took a few minutes, the car (Dodge Charger) performed flawlessly, and the return took less than five minutes. The pickup and return location was Las Vegas so you can imagine it was busy. All in all it was an excellent experience!!
The whole process was easy. From start to finish it was smooth, no issues. I would recommend this enterprise over any in Richmond period!
Car I requested was not there! Car I received, Jeep Compas was not what I expected from Enterprise. This is the third rental and first time disappointed ! Person checking in the vehicles was overworked! Had employees star gazing!
We had an excellent experience with Enterprise. the car was wonderful, we rented an Avalonhe experience renting the car and returning the car was incomparable extremely happy
I have rented from all of the car rental companies at the Richmond Airport and Enterprise is the best. Their cars are what you ask for and not a replacement type as in bait and switch. I would recommend Enterprise as your first choice in this location.
I'm writing this review after receiving stellar service from Jasmine at the Richmond airport location. We needed a car to get us to Dulles and we made the mistake of trying to rent a car from one of the cut rate places, "Dollar," I think. They wanted FOUR forms of ID (!!!) so I called Enterprise in a full panic and spoke with Jasmine, and she not only got us a car, but she got us one for less than what Dollar was going to charge us.
