Less then helpful when reporting the car I rented had a nail in the tire and tire went flat in hotel lot. "We have no cars to come and switch with you " - "you can call roadside assistance but we will have to charge you" Back to Hertz from now on
Calum the manager is awesome. He was clearly under-supported with staff... and yet he kept calm and managed just about everything with deftness and skill, on a very busy Sunday night. Checking folks in and out. Stacking cars. Cleaning. Managing. And wrangling cars (this is no small thing... the Enterprise staff drivers who bring cars from the remote lot are reckless menaces who race through the lot and almost rammed me on the way in... they'll probably kill someone one day... but Calum fielded a complaint about them politely... read more
My attendance was great she was very professional and really cute. She offered us an upgrade and we did take it but the upgrade was not good. The car was not cleaned inside and there were ants coming out of the vent. We were in Richmond for three days and two out of the three days the ants were crawling out of the vents so that made me very uncomfortable. I normally don't have trouble renting a car from this company but this particular time it was not a good experience.
Had a great experience with Enterprise at the Richmond, VA airport. Every single employee was pleasant, efficient, and helpful. The service was top-notch.
What a great experience! Flight arrived late, after midnight, but the guys were still there renting cars. Super fast rental process and the turn-in felt like I needed to do something else because it was so easy! Bonus was I was offered a great car (Challenger) and my weekend was fantastic!
Receiving the chosen car was quick, and the return was even faster! The staff was attentive and professional.
I rented a dodge ram 1500 for 2 days,i had no problem with the truck.i wish I could had kept it.i went on line and rented it and when I got to the counter they were waiting on me.i will go back to them.
