The customer service should be kind and better if they communicated more directly and let customers know how much they'll pay when they get there. Update your equipment so you can use the same credit card more than once a day. In case someone needs to transfer money from savings to checking or go to the bank and put money in their account.

RecommendedWe had a great experience and rent from enterprise when it works out for us, there was one thing that I found pretty odd though.They gave me two key FOB and had me sign the form saying that I received two. The part that made no sense was the FOB were connected together with a braided cable that could not be separated, what is the point. if I lost one I lost both, we had two drivers but still had to share the key FOBs as if we only had one..silly way to be. Someone might want to rethink that process...
RecommendedHad a great experience using Enterprise at the Richmond(va) airport. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, both at pickup and drop off. Had to call customer service to extend the rental and they were great also. It was easy to do over the phone. This was my first time using Enterprise and I was extremely satisfied. Vehicle, with a free upgrade, was everything I needed. 👍
