RecommendedHad a great experience using Enterprise at the Richmond(va) airport. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, both at pickup and drop off. Had to call customer service to extend the rental and they were great also. It was easy to do over the phone. This was my first time using Enterprise and I was extremely satisfied. Vehicle, with a free upgrade, was everything I needed. 👍

Quick and easy to rent no hassle to return
We rented a Hyundai small SUV. And it was perfect. The people in Richmond were very courteous and supportive of making check in and check out very easy for my wife and I.
Service was great but when asked if I wanted the Bmw or the Cadillac I chose the bmw . Proceeded to check it out did all the paper work paid for it , excited about driving the BMW went to start it and the key wasn’t there. Apparently another employee named Bo wanted it for personal or a friend so he kept the key in his pocket. I know employees should get certain benefits for working there but it shouldn’t be at the expense of a customer. Tyler at Richmond Virginia airport was Extremely Helpful And Found me a great Minivan 🚐!! The Chrysler Pacifica was almost brand new and hey assured me it was just what I needed! Tyler assisted me in folding the seats down and some basics! Great Experience!! Thank You Tyler! 👍🏽
