Very professional, knowledgeable.
We had a tech show up at our house to see what he could find because every morning I hear critters in my attic. He was dressed very unprofessional and told us that we didn't have anything in our attic and that we didn't have any openings or vents around our house where they could get in. We then had Terminix and ABC pest control come and they both found evidence of some type of animal and told us all the places/vents that needed to be sealed up.....and they are going to trap the animal(s) as well.
Due to all the recent heavy rains, carpenter ants moved in our house and started a large party on a Saturday. I called Entec and spoke with Tammy. She was so sweet. Richard came out (same day!) and took care of our ant issue. He is very knowledgeable. I’m thankful they were available! Highly recommend Entec for your pest control needs!
I have been using Entec for my pest control needs for several years now. Their customer service is excellent, their staff is always friendly and helpful. I love their reminders to help keep me on track and they are very accommodating and flexible to ensure they come when convenient for you. If you don’t have a pest control company or are unhappy with your current provider call them you won’t be disappointing.
