My son had a ent consultation for his ear infections he’s been getting and we saw Dr. Matthew Farrugia. He was extremely very rude cared absolutely none about history of ear surgeries/infections in the family. His lack of bedside manner is extremely poor. I have never been to a ENT specialist that has ever been rude like this. Absolutely will not be back.
Went in to change earpiece on hearing aids squeals all the time. No one I waiting room. Told for that I would have to make an appointment. They are very quick to take my $4,000.00 fee they quoted,but can not seem to make a quick swap.
My husband and I see Dr. Vargebedian. The staff is always very friendly. Dr. Vargebedian is very professional and takes the time to answer our questions. We highly recommend ENT Specialists.
In my experience, you need to watch out for extra services being added without clear explanation (Always Ask about everything they will do). I was surprised by “rendered services” on my bill and felt I was being held responsible for charges that weren’t properly explained. Based on my visit with Dr. Ricky Sayal, I personally would not return and would be very cautious.
