Very rude and not helpful
This was a horrible experience! I got there and the receptionist spent a lot of time with my medical cards while I just stood there, which was weird. Then she said my insurance wouldn't cover the audiology test, which they have in the past. She said because the government was closed, my primary is Blue Cross and they've covered before. Then she said my Wellmark wouldn't cover the doctor because it was a Telehealth visit. Weirder, as I do Telehealth weekly with another doctor. She wanted me to sign something about payments.
