The pediatric ENT performed the ear tube procedure on my son, and since then, he has experienced complications. Despite scheduling a visit over the phone and being told our appointment was today, the requirement for an ear test before seeing the doctor was not communicated to us. Although we arrived on time, the staff refused to let the doctor see our son.
