Nelson Alcaraz, MD; deserves -10 stars. Went to this guy in a pinch who charge me $350, did nothing to help not even an antibiotic after a second visit within days still no relief. I have. No idea how he has 5 stars on their website.
Avoid this practice like the plague! My daughter was seen here by Dr. Azodi. I had a simple question after her appointment that took 3 calls to be answered. The call center reps sent 3 messages to which were not answered until I spoke to a Supervisor after spending 3 days and at least 30 mins calls. Only to find out they sent a reply after my 1st call and no one made me aware of this. I checked my voicemail to make sure I did not get a message and nothing was there.
