I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an interaction I had with the front desk staff during my recent visit. When I approached the check-in area, the front desk representative who identified herself as Amber, a young African American woman immediately put her head down and began looking at her phone as I walked up to the check-in sign. really really bad experience. awful staff. very rude and impersonal; I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. the doctor hardly attended me and had me waiting for an hour. worst medical service I’ve ever had. don’t go here if there are other ents nearby!
I had a consultation appointment at 8:50am with Dr.Keller and I was attended to, seen, prescribed medication, and made follow up appointments all while being out the door around 9:10. The staff is VERY nice and attentive and although I had just met Dr.Keller, she made me feel very comfortable, explained everything to me, and truly made me feel like I was in good hands. Very quick AND efficient. Definitely will be coming back for my follow ups and any future appointments needed!
