We really like Dr Wasserman but this office is terribly run. I’ve been taking my 2 year old to see Dr Wasserman for about a year. We never spend less than 2 hours waiting at this office, even if we take the first appointment of the day. Once the doctor wasn’t even in, and they didn’t tell us until we had already arrived for our appointment. If you’re coming here with a child, treat it like you’re going on a long plane ride. Bring all the snacks, lots of toys, and a change of clothes. Expect to spend half a day waiting.

I've seen Dr. Maheer Masood, MD so far, and he is courteous and informative. He listened well completely to all my concerns and addressed them all. Waiting time in the first visit was so long, but my second visit had almost no waiting time. The clinic has also a helpful patient portal to request refills. Scheduling was online and easy. Front desk and assistants depends on the person you are dealing with with some of them being rude.

The provider insisted that we sign an agreement to pay out of pocket for a follow up visit without informing us that their contract with the insurance company ended. Additionally, the doctor dismissed our concerns at the appointment. We are now supposed to pay hundreds for a 10 minute visit that did nothing to address the reason for our visit.

They sent me $3200 bill and when i call my insurance they told me the clinic is not claiming but they claimed all the bills before that service we are ready to pay but clinic is not claiming what a shitty professionalism of your clinic middle of my treatment after the surgery now i have to take my unfixed nose and look for other clinic and the worst thing is my nose its still not normal it can take more 2 or 3 months what if i need to the see the doctor i was planning to visit again but i need to somewhere else yeah about th... read more
