Very personal and takes time to explain things. If there are issues he will address them in a prompt manner.????
The staff either need to do their job or work somewhere where their job is not important. Maybe a fast food joint. And please don't blame staff conditions on covid.

I felt very comfortable from the first moment I saw Dr. Yepes. He explains everything to you in a manner in which you can understand. He shows genuine concern and takes his time with you. I respect Dr. Yepes for the position he holds but also for the individual he is.
Had a terrible experience from start to finish at this office. First, they don't tell you upfront that they don't do contact lens fittings. So AFTER you've already used your annual eye exam visit through your insurance, they tell you at the end of the appointment you have to go to another dr to get contact lenses. This means you have to pay a whole separate exam fee. Second, we had to wait for a very long time. Third, the staff is extremely rude. Fourth, the doc. wasn't confident about scrip
VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE SMART Dr. ! I CAN'T say ENOUGH good about this guy! He is polite, Super friendly as if he is part of my family, Super professional! IF I could give him higher I would! I would def. recommend him to everyone who needs an eye care specialist!
I can not say enough great things about Dr Yepes, he takes the time to explain every question I have and then some. Friendly, professional and he cares about you and it shows. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family
