Their nurses are great, and the blue light machine is very easy to use
Top notch service, great team, couldn’t have been easier to deal with. Nurses were kind, prompt, and professional. All around a great experience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
Nurses were knowledgeable and helped get our baby back to good levels. Thankful that services like this exist, so we don’t have to be in the hospital.
We were in the NICU for 2 days and then sent home for at-home phototherapy. The difference between our NICU experience and at-home with Enlightened was night and day. My baby and I felt so supported and cared for by Liz, one of the nurses. Being at home and doing the therapy really relaxed my baby and helped us get back on track with our breastfeeding goals. I could not recommend Enlightened enough!
Response to owners response: The issue we have is not the fact that there's a billing issue, rather, it's IMPOSSIBLE to speak with the billing department. Every call placed ends with "Oh the billing department will call you back" and they DO NOT CALL BACK. Responding with "please contact our office" is a slap in the face. I reiterate; if your doctor wants you to use this service, request another company. Original review: We have a billing issue and their billing department will not call us back. Avoid this service.
