Highly recommend. They really helped my baby, sensitive and caring and did everything at home.
This product helped my family travel through the troubled waters of a new born with bilirubin - a terrifying thing for first time parents. Hearing an extra day stay in the hospital is tough. Gritting your teeth through hours of watching and caring for your baby under a blue light with no swaddle to protect them from possibly tearing off their eye protection under the light is tougher. I cannot express how wonderful this service was. After all the stress and lack of sleep of delivering to then be told you’ll need lights at home for high bilirubin levels was a lot, however the company took all of it away. They showed up so quick and exactly in the window they said they would. For the blood tests they were efficient and baby barely got upset (compared to peds visit blood test). Amazing experience with Kimberly and Grace. Being first time parents, we were so scared about his levels being high. Both Kimberly and Grace were so kind, helpful and supportive. I loved how fast they were able to set up the phototherapy hut and come each day to get his levels. Our stress levels melted away after meeting Kimberly and going through what to expect from it. Little guy had great results!
