Adam with Enhabit Health Care is an outstanding Physical Therapist. He is always prompt with a kind and caring attitude in his work. He has well exceeded my expectations with a home heath care therapy. I highly recommend asking for Adam and Enhabit for home health care physical therapy.
Shoddy and questionable service. 94 year old Mom was under their care for 8 months and I could not get confirmation of any of their billed visits after repeat requests to the Nashville Ashley Gunnarson – Branch Manager. My written complaint to Angela Krall, BSN, RN, Regional Director of Operations, Encompass Health - Hospice, Alabama/Tennessee has not an acknowledgement of receipt (yes the email address was tested and functioning.)
