Just want to express my appreciation for Joy. She is a WONDERFUL hygenist. Her cleanings are so comfortable & I told her so yesterday. As I kid and younger adult, I dreaded cleanings and that was because they hurt - Since coming to your practice, I understand that they are not supposed to be painful & it is such a different experience! Your phone has caller ID blocked, so when the office called to confirm the appointment I almost didn't pick up. It shows the phone number, but does not identify who is calling. Luckily the number looked familiar, so I answered. You should change it to show "Dr. Crombie" or "dental office" or similar.
Joyce is wonderful. Your front desk staff is very friendly.
As always, everyone was nice and Joyce did an excellent job. My only "complaint " is that I couldn't spend more time talking to everyone. It's always a pleasant experience at Dr. Crombie's office. That's a sentence I bet most people don't say about their dentist! Thank you for always working around my crazy schedule too.
