I had a scheduled appointment made 3 weeks in advance (provided mileage and VIN), on the day I arrive I was advised that they cannot work on my car because the dealership is being sold and they cannot do warranty work. NEVER bothered to call me to tell me this, complete waste of my time. Good riddance, hopefully the new owner brings in better staff who are focused on provided great customer service.

Although this dealership MAY have been good and reputable at one time, it is now completely mismanaged. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to ANYONE. I signed to purchase a new XT5 from them on October 13. It took them over three weeks to "deliver" a car that was literally sitting on their lot. Delivery was not even correct, as promises made were not kept. And further, as I write this on November 30th, payoffs on my trade-ins have STILL not been received. Plus, they OWE me money. Don't buy if you are purchasing from out of state. You will not get a refund check after they over charge you on sales tax even if you talk to the GM, billing department or anyone. The salesman when we looked was the best part of the experience. Car purchased June 1. It's almost December, and they tried to say that because of "courier fees" they were only going to send a check for $85 when they already charged documentation fees when you purchase. H O R R I B L E Experience : I visited Cadillac, put deposit, next day signed contract papers, and was told vehicle will be ready in a few days, I was told i would get a call to confirm pickup Date - 5 days later no call so i showed up at the dealer ship and Ross told me he would call me the next day , NO CALL Back! I showed up once again and they said the sales manager will call me- Sure enough NO CALL Back its been 10 days and they now tell me car would not be available for pick up for another 2 weeks. The price of the special offer coupon was no right...I spent the double $...nobody answer on the phone, the computer is out work when you ask something, the coupon no apply ..it was a very bad experience

This dealership goes above and beyond expectations!! I have nothing but good things to say from sales to service. I’m on my 2nd Cadillac and have experienced nothing but fantastic response and service and assistance. Never a problem or an issue and they bend over backwards if needed.
