We came in to window shop a year in advance of being able to buy, picked out items we LOVED, met with a sales person who was friendly and reasonable, then came back a year later and requested her again and made our purchases. The delivery was awesome, they were polite and very helpful she helped us get the best price on our items, and was honest the whole way through. We will definitely return. Selection: wonderful. Prices, very good (even better when on sale!). Customer service: Amazing! It was less than 20 hours since we finalized our purchase, and the delivery drivers just left. We are very happy with every aspect of our experience. No pressure sales. Laid back and relaxed. We will definitely be back!
My fiancé recently gained employment with Engles less then fours months ago and in just a few months they have really made us feel apart of the Engles Furniture Family. It is so comforting to know he works for such a wonderful company!!! Thank you to the Engles Family for the amazing flowers you sent to bright all these long days I have been in the hospital.
