We have purchased the majority of our furniture at Engles over the years and have always been happy with their products, as well as their sales staff, management and service. Highly recommend this local family business! We made the mistake of purchasing a Natuzzi Leather set at M Jacobs in Eugene (not realizing Engles sells it too since we didn’t see any on the floor when we were looking) and will never make that mistake again. Their service doesn’t even remotely compare! Shop local!
I've bought several pieces of furniture after moving up here - all at Engles. Terrence helped me find the items I was looking for and offered suggestions then left me time to think. I always hate when sales people hover so this worked great for me.
we just bought i huge couch from them with 0 interest for 3 years! it was a fantastic deal. we are so glad we went here! the clerk who helped us, Dennis Devi in North bend. he gave us history about the company and interesting stories while we waited and the entire staff was nice. the movers even got our old couch out with little hassle, given the very odd circumstances. we are very happy and would happily shop here again!
We have bought several pieces from Engles. Awsome service and quality furniture. Great financing at 0% for 3 to 4 years. We had excellent service from the delivery guys. When we bought our new bed they were great with the shuffle of the old bed to guest room and hauled off old guest bed. They were so patient and even helped me get the dust ruffles and new mattress covers in place just so.
