I am happy living in this apartments the management is wonderful friendly and nice when you have maintenance issue they are on time and very very friendly
I enjoy myself sometimes here it close to the library
I recently moved to England Run and I'm loving it. I worked with Kerri Conroy and she mad the move so awesome! She helped me through all my paperwork and whatever I didn't understand she explained it to me. She knot me updated on my paperwork approvals,she responded to emails in a timely manner. She definitely made me feel more than welcomed to the neighborhood. I call the office and only wanna speak to Kerri! THANKS KERRI!! Almost at the 1 week mark and it's been great thanks to you!!!
I would never live here again. Our apartment smelled bad when we moved in, and took forever to get maintenance to come out. Best part ready, Ex husband started sleeping with a girl from the front office (Elizabeth). Then when I left with written notice.( I was physically in the apartment for 3 months) They still tried to make me pay the last 2 months of rent he skipped out on.
I loved the complex but the office personnel when I was there sucked, I deployed for Iraq, and they lost my orders that I provided. And on top of that my ex broke the lease by sending her boyfriend down to the office, to let them know. what ever happened to verifying people's I.D. in the end it cost me over/$2700.00 and all my belongings that the complex through out.
It's a nice place to stay I come home and relax and enjoy my home. People are pretty nice in the bldg I live at. I have been here a yr. and some months and I am pleased.
It is very peaceful I love it here I will tell everybody if they looking somewhere to stay at come to England Run North the mangement is nice they will help you the best way they can
