Giving credit where credit is due. The ladies that run this place are always helpful and courteous. All responses to issues are prompt and respectful. nothing but good things from these ladies.
Major kudos the the staff here at England run!!! They have been more than helpful with all of my issues and are so cheerful and friendly!
So the rental office is always concerned with the least important matters, yet the trash is always overflowing and apartments are filled with ants and roaches. They want to charge to fix blinds that literally fall apart just from being raised. Katherine will call or email you in a heartbeat if she thinks she can charge you extra for anything but when you email or call her with a billing question absolutely no response. unkempt, neglected and just plain nasty. management simply is not concerned.
Came to visit a friend here plenty of times. This place is a an absolute dump. Literally. They have one trash compactor for ALL their buildings to share. It’s not emptied regularly so trash piles up EVERYWHERE. I feel really bad for the buildings next to the compactor because they have a huge rat problem and giant buzzards in the parking lot. Living amongst trash do not rent here
I've never seen an apartment complex that has so much trash piled up!!! you have huge bins that are for renovations- not for regular trash pick up. it looks like a ghetto!!
