This place is a shit hole full of crack heads and degenerates
update: DO NOT MOVE HERE!! They will freeze your bank account without even trying to serve you with court papers and freeze people’s accounts that left in good standing. Honestly they are basically a scam at this point I regret ever living here. These people are a joke. No cops they said they never see them they said. Well we just had a shooting and I am always seeing cops come and go here. I don’t feel safe living here with my children. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! Better off living in a box.
Day we moved in the carpet had just been cleaned, should have been replaced. Kitchen was infested with ants, took 2 months to clear them out. Maintenance staff is a joke. Dishwasher wasn’t cleaning, we were told that sometimes dishwashers don’t clean. Master bath sink was clogged when we moved in, told because we comb our hair at the sink. Recently had a leak, maintenance couldn’t find it. They set up carpet dryer didn’t fix the leak.
People are getting evicted left and right... They refuse to fix anything yet they raise the rent every year. THE ABSOLUTE WORSE EVER!
maintenance is a fucking joke here come home to a water leak only for them to say we dont know where it came from. people that came to vacuum up the water gave more of a effort to find the spill.
Not the best place by far, no one has any consideration of anyone that has to work..kids vandalize your property, and the residents like to like in filth
