We have tried multiple times to get a response from multiple emails sent to the Birmingham, Alabama agent listed on the site. Plus, the status of the property is never updated.
Horrible. Horrible. Never rent from their properties. At their Paseo Oeste property in El Paso, TX the staff is VERY rude and have a tendency of screaming at customers, specially the manager and assistant manager. And, they shutdown water weekly. They shut down awater to work on leaks and once the leak is fixed, they forget to open water supply.
