My family leased a unit at their Villas at Riverside property in the shoals area for over a year. While the unit was decent at first, things changed when we discovered visible mold, which was a direct result of their maintenance staff concealing water damage with paint. We have tried multiple times to get a response from multiple emails sent to the Birmingham, Alabama agent listed on the site. Plus, the status of the property is never updated.

Horrible. Horrible. Never rent from their properties. At their Paseo Oeste property in El Paso, TX the staff is VERY rude and have a tendency of screaming at customers, specially the manager and assistant manager. And, they shutdown water weekly. They shut down awater to work on leaks and once the leak is fixed, they forget to open water supply. This company rounds up your rent so beware: your lease amount (after being raised for no reason) might differ from your online portal amount. P. S: They also couldn't care less about making minor improvements to your apartment. Will explain later. Don't waste your time.
