I was so upset with Dr. Barbara Engel, that I left the practice in tears. My child will never return to this practice. Dr. Engel was so rude and disrespectful to me I was shocked. She spoke down to me and did not listen to what I was trying to explain about my daughter. My mother came with us, and half way through our visit Dr. Engel stopped speaking to me and would only speak to my mother, the grandmother! Terrible bedside manner and incredibly inconsiderate!
