Waiting over 40min to be put through and change details on an account is absolutely disgusting..speaking to foreigners that go around in circles and don't cut to the chase

Call them and they say they are experiencing higher than usual calls but it’s every time. Long wait time just to be put through to an offshore call centre. Money hungry and looking to take advantage of their customers. They change plan types all the time hoping you will forget to contact them to negotiate and fall to the default where they just make more money.. I don’t know how they get away with such poor service and manipulation of the market..
Someone answered and then on hold & on hold & on hold.. Hire people that can answer my questions within the 15mins - that’s not good customer service, wasted over a hour on the phone. That’s an hour and then some that I will NEVER get back. Not good enough!! You deserve NO STARS WHAT A JOKE - This is why people are mad.
DO NOT USE THIS ENERGY PROVIDER!!!! This review is not even worth 1 star, it should 0 star. I am extremely dissatisfied with your service. You should not be operating. I requested my power to be connected on 01/04/2026, submitting the request well in advance on 27/03/2026. Despite this, my electricity was not connected as scheduled, leaving me without power for over 24 hours. I spent at least 3–4 hours on the phone with customer service trying to resolve the issue.
