I am extremely disappointed with the way this company has treated my mother, who has been a loyal customer for more than 15 years. My mother is a pensioner, and there are only two people living at the property, yet she is repeatedly receiving gas bills of $700–$750 or more every two months. Shocking experience, only spent 2 minutes on the phone to these people and she was agitated and hung up on me, they put the wrong address in and blamed it on me. Go somewhere where you get respected.
Just there to take your money. Stay away from this company!
