Love our new fireplace. Worked with Willie from energy products. I had wanted to replace our wood burning fireplace with a gas fireplace for years. An insert would not look right. Willie came out to the house checked out existing fireplace and said "We could remove this and we have a gas fireplace that will fit this space exactly. We went on vacation for a week came home and we had a beautiful gas fireplace. Great people to work with and just in case you did not get it, "We love our fireplace!"
Love this store! The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful! Their showroom has so many examples of great ideas for my home so I can find the right fireplace and am able to envision it! Thanks, Energy Products and Design!
Most Knowledgeable People in Town!!! Energy Products and Design was recommended to us by a builder and a realtor and I can see why. The staff was very very professional and are definitely the experts when it comes to anything fireplaces. They took the extra time to explain all options and details to us about fireplaces that their competitors either didn't know, or they just didn't want to spend the time with us.If you need a fireplace or service DO NOT go anywhere else. You'd be crazy to go anywhere else! Went to the other two stores in town and they don't even come close to the personal attention we received at Energy Products. I would never go anywhere else and would recommend them to anyone!
NEVER USE THEM.I called for a simple repair, their service tech quoted a part price and it ended up being two and half times what he quoted. Their owner wouldnt take care of their customer and now the tech denies quoting prices. They wont give you an invoice so you have no idea till they send it out later. He lied right to my wifes face and they wont do anything other than remove their part and give me mine in return.
