RecommendedAdam Barness was out to service my fireplace today. He was prompt, professional, wore a mask, and was kind. He explained everything he was doing and how things worked. I have never had a service technician be so thorough. I definitely will be requesting his service again. Energy Products is lucky to have such a great employee.
Mike Sample just serviced our fireplace. He did a great job and did it fast. Very informative for any questions I had and made sure that I knew how to make adjustments to the flame and fan speed. Energy Products made an appointment for us within a very short time. Thanks .

I went to this store for expert advise. They sold me on a Saber Grill. Easy to start great for my wife who doesn’t like my Primo unless I’m chillin and grilling! Delivered the same day the delivery people set the whole grill up and started it. The best is I can not wear a mask due to health reasons. The young lady at the desk did not make me feel like I was some kind of nut case, She took my name and number and said I would be contacted if any one became ill. Very professional!

We just had our gas fireplace installed this week. The process for buying and installing was seamless, other than the Covid-19 issue delaying installation. Dan was so helpful in purchasing the unit as well as keeping us up to date on installation. Jonah and Adam, who worked on the installation process, did a great job. We were not able to be home during the installation but they were thorough in leaving us instructions and they left my house looking like they'd never been there! We live in a 120+ year old house.
