I’ve had several wood burning products from EPD. Service has always been accurate and friendly. While in my home to give estimate for a new stove, Willie offered education on my current one. I am now enjoying the wood fire warmth with my current model. He valued educating me over making a sale. Yesssss!

I had a wonderful experience here and would encourage anyone looking for a fireplace to make this a first stop! I worked with William O’Neil and he was knowledgeable and could answer any question I had for him. From the first walk in to the showroom to the time the last tech left our house- it was a great experience. I have never had such a positive experience dealing with any purchase for my house!
