RecommendedGym is clean and it has a good flow to it. Tonight was the first night I've worked out since March of this year so I tried to hit a little bit of everything. I was able to do bicep curls and tricep rope pulldowns on the same machine. You can't do that at any other gym I've been to without losing your spot. I really enjoyed my without here and look to many more!

Energy fitness is THE place to workout in Johnson City. Clean, open 24/7 with a shower (great if you like to workout before work!) The owner Eric is fantastic and personal trainers are available as well. Awesome place to better yourself and your life!
A great gym. The staff is fantastic. Ask for Lupe. He is very knowledgeable and will make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk through the door. Great choice of equipment and very clean. Highly recommend making this gym your home gym! 5 stars!!!
Such a great gym! Clean, open 24/7. And wonderful folks own/run the place. Especially great if you live near downtown! Large enough to use whatever machine you would like. Small enough that you feel part of the family.
For me, it's cleanliness and accessibility to equipment. This place offers even more. They have very available staff which is different for a business module like this. Simple place with all you need.
