the sale people are to pushy
It was by far the worst car buying experience I've ever had. As soon as was approved they rushed me through the process, trying to finish before closing. It took 5 days to get floor mats, and when I got them they were used. For a brand new vehicle. The managers have no use for you once you sign on the dotted line.

The service department is horrible. They dont answer the phone. I had an appointment scheduled at 730am and they didnt even get to it that day. The service manager just gave me excuses and didnt even apologize.
