They try to get customers in a crappy way. Entergy Country Ford is full of crap!!!! The whole time they are a hoax trying to get you to buy a car. RecommendedI highly recommend the Energy Country service dept. They were persistent and determined to diagnose the issue with my truck that others couldn’t find. Everyone in the service dept. are kind and will not up sale you by saying something needs to be replaced that actually doesn’t. Aston is the life saving service advisor!! Integrity is seldom seen anymore, but it’s alive at Energy Country’s service dept!

RecommendedBought my 2018 Ford Escape last December. It was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I hate car shopping because it is usually an all day or multi day experience. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. I just got my oil changed for the second time and both experiences have been great. Highly recommend.
The most unethical experience I’ve ever had at any business. After weeks of unanswered phone calls and no responses, from us trying to reach out to them. They actually pulled a fuse in my car so the touchscreen wouldn’t work and they could low ball me on the trade in. Then go up close to $3k from the internet asking price of the vehicle in question.
