This dealership reached out to me several times. They did invite me to go to their dealership but the timing was not convenient. We didn’t purchase a vehicle from this dealership well the Sorrento because we were too upside down.

The dealer responded quickly and answered all my questions. This dealership is fairly close and I would gladly make the drive for the right Hellcat at the right price.
There was a major struggle with the sales staff in communication. They made me feel as though my questions and inquiries were not important. They didn't seem to want to sell a vehicle to me. Their advertised price was changed when I told them I would pay cash. I was ready to buy but they didn't want to sell.
From Mr. Alvin Polidore to Mr. Brandon Robinette and everyone I encountered this was a very nice experience. Not only are their vehicles immaculate but so is the lot and building.
The internet sales manager contacted me by email right away, which is my preferred way, with some explanations.
RecommendedService crew (Hunter/ Ashton)were very courteous and the automotive guys did a great job at changing my spark plugs without breakin any of them . And the turnover rate was awesome, I got my truck back sooner than expected.
