They came out same day and took care of my refrigerator for a reasonable price. Samsung was going to charge me double just to come out and wouldn't have been here for a week.
Joe responded promptly and did a phenomenal job of fixing my washing machine.
I had the repair man come do the labor on my washing machine.To see what the issue was, I needed apart for my machine. It was late in the afternoon. The repair man told me he would be back once he gets the part for the machine. He called back the same day. I was able to call the next. He came between the hours of 3:30 and 5 PM. My washing machine is back in working order. Great Customer Service.
