I can highly recommend the Energize Physiotherapy team from Blacktown. I can honestly say. If it wasn't for them by now I would be in a wheelchair. Special mention to Joanne Cheng and of late Sun Lee for guiding me and instilling belief in myself to transform my body and always encouraging me to keep improving on my previous accomplishments. With their professional guidance in preventing injury, proper diet etc.
