There was an ongoing issue with contacts sending emails to me but the emails were not delivered to my mailbox and were not in the spam filter. I'm really glad that Ray Voorheis dug further to investigate what caused the emails to disappear. It turns out that there were two layers of spam filtering on our mail server, with Smarsh, our email service provider retaining some emails at the enterprise level, so the issue affected multiple users. Kudos to Ray Voorheis!
