Calvin tried a few things before calling Quickbooks Support who did end up solving the issue. I appreciated the research and time spent to get the issue resolved. Can you please change the music when a call is put on hold? Its been the same music for YEARS and I've been on hold for long periods of time over the years and listening to the same music is bothersome.
When Richard Lake remoted into my computer to adjust a printer problem (Ticket#794754) which turned out to not be a problem, he noticed how very slowly my computer was running and at my request proceeded to perform some wizardry that increased its speed enormously (Ticket#794767). I am extremely pleased with his friendly service, interest, expertise and initiative.
