Erick responded very promptly and fixed the problem quickly. What I don't understand is why so many of my Contacts were deleted in the first place.
Colby did a nice job on the ticket, once we figured out that we had a VPN tunnel. Neither Boehm nor Endsight was aware of a VPN tunnel until the client advised that we had one.
