Very friendly and professional! Didn't take hours upon hours for 1 procedure, gave me all the information about the procedure results before I brought my husband home.

Get the name of your nurse when she is doing care.Blond hair nurse was mean yesterday after my procedure.nurse wanted me out of the buildingbut still the anesthesia made me feel drowsy and it wasnt safe.She didnt give me wheelchair and i almost stumble way out.she shout on me to sit on a chair,she shout GO for me to sit in a chair.
The staff were polite, informative and took very good care of me.
My husband was well taken care of. He was in and out in no time at all. The nurse and discharge nurse were great. The receptionist was very pleasant and friendly.
But the doctor was as confused as me. He said no wonder your confused .he tried to get my records from st. Francis. But I to them?? Was am non existent. After multiple stays. I said my p.o. and I both have records. Then he said quit swimming in the booze fish bowl. I told him I had over 4 years no alcohol. But I need some relief. I was told by other hospitals that they did not take my insurance. And I can't get help or prescriptions filled. He said we all take the insurance you had. W.t. f. .
