Absolutely HORRIBLE service. DO NOT GO HERE YOH WILL BULLIED BY A GROWN MAN.  I’ve been going to this place for over four years and they’ve just gotten progressively worse. Every time I would come in for dental work I would have to get re-examined and fresh x-rays for the same exact teeth. No cleanings, no fillings, nothing. Great Surgerons. They are wonderful. But scheduling appoinments with the Lacey office omg what a nightnare. Even to get Appoinment for routine check up is A ordeal.. They think nobody works or has school. And when they do call you because they had a cancelation and you can't come in because of work, they cancel your orgional appoinment because they are mad you couldn't come when they asked. As it is great and appericated that they do call and ask if you eant to come in sooner. But if you can't you can't. But don't cancel ... read more

I absoutley love the surgeons at encore. I think they are wonderful. My husband had A lot of work done and his recovery was great. I believe that is duel to great surgeons. But what is a turn off is the way things are handled. My son has tp have a procedure from oral surgeon. You know the surgeon wanted to do it the day of the consultation but my son was scared so he wouldnt. He is 12. I had a bridge done at Encore. It had to be sent back once and after it was put in, it fell out and I had to go back again to have it cemented better.. It felt funny, but the dentist told me I would get used to it. 1 1/2 year later it came out again. I went to a different dentist and he had to do work on it. It was put in and now feels a lot better than the original time I had it put it. I would not recommend Encore Dental
