Our first year out here got off to a rotten start, and the staff was amazing to work with. They were fair and honest and we thank them for their help and concerns. It made the tough times more bearable
Only reason I rate it at a 4 is due to our neighbors above us not caring about quiet hours or what their kids do in the case of noise. Our oven also cooks super hot and maintenance telling us their is nothing wrong with it. I'm happy to bake them something so they can see the issue. **UPDATE** we have lived here for 2 years now and the place has just gone down hill. No parking unless you pay $50 extra a month if you have 2 cars. No guest parking. Office is never open it seems like. Kids run aimlessly around the parking lot. ... read more
Love this place. Gorgeous Apartments, that have air conditioning in them... Rare find in Oregon. On top of that the management is fantastic and super responsive.
I call it the expensive getto. Neighbors are very whinny and only whine to the managers.
